Approved before it is sent

When your business requires it, a quotation is ready to share only after the administrator approves it. Changing anything except a quantity sends it back for approval. Every printed version is kept, and the footer of each page says which version it is.

Answered by your customer online

Share a link that opens only with your customer's mobile number or a six-digit PIN. Your customer reads the quotation and approves it, rejects it or sends feedback. You see the answer in Kranzar at once.

Printed or saved as PDF

Print the quotation on A4 paper, or save it as a PDF from the print window of your browser. Each page carries its page number.
