What is Kranzar?

Kranzar is a sales CRM for Indian businesses that sell to other businesses. It records leads, deals, customers, products and quotations, and reminds each person of every follow-up.

Which businesses use Kranzar?

Traders, distributors, dealers, manufacturers and service firms that sell to other businesses and cannot afford to lose a single opportunity.

Is there a free trial?

Yes: a new business may begin with a free 14-day trial of Kranzar, with up to 3 users, limited Kranzar AI and no Deals radar; no card is needed. Pro, Business and Enterprise are bought at once, with a full refund of the first payment if you ask within 14 days, no questions asked.

Is a card needed for the free trial?

No. Fill in the trial form and open the sign-up link sent to your email address. The trial begins at once.

Do the prices include GST?

Yes. Every price shown on kranzar.com includes GST.

Can more users be added?

Yes. Extra user licences can be added to any plan from Settings, up to the limit of the plan.

Can my team use Kranzar on a phone?

Yes. Kranzar works in the browser of a laptop, tablet or phone, and can be added to the home screen of a phone.

Can I bring my existing data?

Yes. The administrator can bring in leads, deals, accounts, contacts and products from an Excel or CSV file.

Can enquiries from IndiaMART or my website become leads automatically?

Yes, on every plan. The administrator connects the enquiry form of your website, or IndiaMART for a paid IndiaMART seller, from Settings, Lead sources. Each enquiry then becomes a lead with its source, product and next follow-up date set, and is given in turn to the members the administrator chooses. Kranzar sends nothing to the buyer.

Who can see which records?

The administrator decides. Each person is an administrator, a supervisor, a user or a viewer, and sees only what that role allows.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. Your data is backed up every week, and every change to a record is kept with the name of the person who made it.

Does Kranzar issue GST invoices?

No. Kranzar prepares quotations. Bookkeeping records the invoices your business issued elsewhere and the payments it received.

How is the renewal cancelled?

The administrator cancels the renewal from Settings, Subscription. The business keeps full use of Kranzar until the end of the period already paid.

Can a payment be refunded?

Yes, once for each business: the administrator may ask for a full refund of the first payment of Pro, Business or Enterprise from Settings, Subscription, within the days stated above, no questions asked. Renewals are not refundable.
