Kranzar sales CRM
Know what every customer owes you
Bookkeeping, part of the Business and Enterprise plans, keeps a record of the invoices your business has issued and the payments it has received from each customer. You see at once what is owed, what is overdue and who is following it up.
What it records
Invoices
Record each invoice your business issued, with its own number, dates and amount. Kranzar records invoices; it does not issue them.
Payments
Record each payment received and the invoices it settles. An advance is kept as credit and settled against invoices later.
Adjustments and refunds
Reduce or increase an invoice with a reason, and refund unused credit to the customer.
Nothing counts until it is approved
An entry made by a member of the team waits for the administrator's approval before it changes any balance. An approved entry is never edited or deleted; a mistake is corrected by reversing it, with a reason.
What you see
Who owes you
What each customer owes, how much is overdue and for how long.
How fast you are paid
Which customers pay on time and which pay later than before.
Follow-ups of overdue funds
Who is following up each overdue invoice, and which payments customers have promised.
Statements and reports
Print a customer statement on your letterhead, and download the records for your accountant.
